The Durham Church Men’s Group is the sponsor of a young boy in Guatemala named Jose’. Each meeting we collect donations to pay our monthly contribution of $36 to support Jose’ and his family. The parent organization is called Unbound. Only those who have pledged support are required to donate. Learn more about Jose’!
The meeting closes with the service of Compline found in the Book of Common Prayer. During this service we pray especially for those we love and know who are ill or in need of God’s grace.
If you are interested in attending, please come. You are welcome to come and join us in an evening of fellowship. If you are interested and have questions, please contact Bernie Torreyson.
