This event is truly remarkable!  In 2015 we held the 168th Festival at Durham Church.  This is one of the reasons that it's called "Old Durham".  Our event usually has live music, kids games, a silent auction, craft sales, fancy table sales, bake sales, a fresh vegetable stand, and of course the dinner.  The dinner is a true feast with fried chicken, fried fish, baked ham, old ham, and many more delicious items.​​

Most all of Durham's Fundraising Events are dinners.  Like all dinners, there is the joy of sharing the preparation, the cooking and the cleaning up with fellow Parishioners.

​​Annual Festival

One of our most popular fundraising dinners is the Fish Fry.  We use a very special fish!  Everyone wants to know what kind of fish we use, but we try to keep it a secret - it's that good!  The fish is battered in a homemade recipe and fried to a delicious golden brown.  We also serve green beans and french fries.  The fish fry is an All-You-Can-Eat dinner.​​
